Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and understand written policies and correspondence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under heavy pressure
- Ability to bend and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Requires extensive mobility to walk and stand for up to 6 hours without a set break

Job Duties
- Check and scan Theme Night tickets at designated distribution areas, ensuring guests receive promotional items in an efficient and organized manner
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of all Theme Night locations and activations, ensuring areas are prepared and visually appealing prior to guest arrival
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a positive, professional, and courteous manner
- Effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management to ensure successful execution of Theme Night activities and a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance in adherence to uniform and grooming standards
- Assist with various event-related tasks including managing crowd flow and maintaining safety protocols
- Perform all other duties as assigned
