Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- prior bartending or beverage service experience required
- must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
- knowledge of Indiana alcohol service laws and City policies
- ability to follow simple oral instructions
- maintain bar organization
- execute routine processes
- experience in a live theatre or concert venue helpful
- bar support or concessions experience helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while performing accurate ID checks
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar areas
- support bartenders and perform barback duties
- operate POS systems and manage cash handling securely
- assist with bar setup and breakdown during events
- restock ice, cups, and beverages as needed
- communicate professionally with guests, supervisors, and team members
