Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- prior bartending or beverage service experience required
- must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
- experience in live theatre or concert venue helpful
- bar support or concessions experience helpful
- knowledge of Indiana alcohol service laws
- ability to follow simple oral instructions
- maintain bar organization

Job Duties
- Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages responsibly while performing accurate ID checks
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar areas, supporting bartenders and rotational barback duties
- operate POS systems, complete transactions accurately, and manage cash handling securely
- assist with bar setup and breakdown, restocking ice, cups, and beverages during events
- communicate professionally with guests, supervisors, and team members while responding quickly to service needs
