Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience in food, beverage, or concessions service preferred
- Leadership or shift-lead experience
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Supervise concessions and bar staff
- assign stations and adjust coverage based on crowds
- Monitor product levels, POS functionality, and staff performance
- Assist with stocking, restocking, and waste control
- Enforce food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service
- Resolve guest concerns and provide ADA assistance as needed
- Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown
- Support emergency or medical response as directed
- Track product shortages and report to management
- assist with cash-out and post-event documentation
