Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Experience supervising staff or volunteers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand walk lift up to 25 pounds and work outdoors

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Associates degree in related field preferred
  • Proven track record in customer service hospitality or event operations
  • Experience supervising contract or seasonal staff and volunteers
  • Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and prioritize in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays during events

Job Duties

  • Advance and fulfill artist rider hospitality requirements including dietary restrictions and special requests
  • Coordinate catering orders deliveries setup service and cleanup
  • Manage backstage spaces dressing rooms green rooms crew areas and amenities
  • Oversee runners for errands shuttle service and artist support
  • Coordinate transportation logistics and ensure compliance with vehicle policies
  • Monitor backstage traffic and privacy ensuring smooth operations
  • Maintain hospitality inventory and track expenses within budget
  • Communicate real-time updates to Theatre Management and team
  • Support VIP sponsor or meet-and-greet events as needed
