Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand walk lift up to 25 pounds and work outdoors
Job Qualifications

- Associates degree in related field preferred
- Proven track record in customer service hospitality or event operations
- Experience supervising contract or seasonal staff and volunteers
- Strong communication leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and prioritize in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays during events
Job Duties
- Advance and fulfill artist rider hospitality requirements including dietary restrictions and special requests
- Coordinate catering orders deliveries setup service and cleanup
- Manage backstage spaces dressing rooms green rooms crew areas and amenities
- Oversee runners for errands shuttle service and artist support
- Coordinate transportation logistics and ensure compliance with vehicle policies
- Monitor backstage traffic and privacy ensuring smooth operations
- Maintain hospitality inventory and track expenses within budget
- Communicate real-time updates to Theatre Management and team
- Support VIP sponsor or meet-and-greet events as needed
