Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Availability to work evenings Wednesday through Saturday and Sunday matinees during performance weeks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a theatre environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant experience desired
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to performing arts patrons
- Serve as main point of contact during performances
- Supervise ushers in ticket-taking and seating
- Answer questions and manage customer complaints
- Represent the Department of Theatre, Film, and Media Arts to the audience
- Generate short production reports after each performance
- Collaborate with team members as a helpful and cooperative coworker
