Job Requirements

  • must be age 18 or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid North Carolina driver license
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • proficiency in at least one of the following: audio mixing consoles, theatre lighting, or set construction
  • ability to work evenings and weekends
  • strong teamwork and communication skills

  • proficiency in professional audio mixing consoles or theatre lighting consoles or set construction
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in technical theatre or live event production
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid North Carolina driver license

Job Duties

  • setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment
  • support guest artists, performance groups, and renters with lighting, sound, and set requirements
  • supervise the theater and technical equipment during performances, events, and rentals
  • lead small groups of technicians during performances and events
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
  • troubleshoot technical issues during events
  • communicate effectively with artists and event personnel
