Job Requirements
- must be age 18 or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid North Carolina driver license
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in at least one of the following: audio mixing consoles, theatre lighting, or set construction
- ability to work evenings and weekends
- strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment
- support guest artists, performance groups, and renters with lighting, sound, and set requirements
- supervise the theater and technical equipment during performances, events, and rentals
- lead small groups of technicians during performances and events
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow
- troubleshoot technical issues during events
- communicate effectively with artists and event personnel
