Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in food and beverage, bar management, concessions, or hospitality operations
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and outdoor events
- Valid Indiana Driver's License

- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and schedule concession and bar staff, including seasonal and contract employees
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to keep bars and concessions fully stocked
- Enforce all food safety, alcohol service, and cash-handling regulations
- Monitor service areas, perform pre/post-event inspections, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Oversee POS systems, reconcile sales, and maintain accurate financial records
