Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Weekend availability
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively under pressure
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Ability to bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
- Self-motivation and ability to manage time and accomplish tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possession of a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Assist servers by bussing tables and resetting dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Ensure a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests
- Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally
- Support team members during busy periods as needed
