Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- lift and carry 30 plus lbs
- communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
- organization and prioritization skills
- have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
- self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- positive attitude and customer service orientation
- ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests professionally and courteously
- manage waitlists and guest flow efficiently
- support dining area maintenance by bussing tables and clearing dishes
- assist servers with refilling beverages and accommodating guest needs
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- maintain cleanliness standards throughout the front-of-house areas
- handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
