Job Requirements

No formal education required
Ability to work in a temporary position
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Ability to work flexible shifts
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Ability to interact positively with guests
Experience in customer service preferred
Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
Comfortable using microphone systems
Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments
Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple theater areas

Job Duties

Assist guests to and from their seats at the beginning and end of shows
Perform minor cleaning duties between shows
Open and close theater facilities
Communicate with guests through the theater microphone system
Scan tickets and record attendance
Manage lobby queue lines
Hand out and collect 3D and 4D glasses
Follow cleaning and sanitization protocols for theater glasses
Cross-train between multiple theater areas (MG3D, 4D, ART)
