Job Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying loads up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in large, complex operation with strong focus on food and beverage program, hospitality, and brand management
  • Progressive growth from hands-on, frontline roles to supervision preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality industry preferred
  • Solid judgment, decision making, and conflict resolution skills with guests, staff, and peers
  • Solid communication skills, solid executive presence, self-confidence, and professional maturity
  • Good listener, patient in stressful situations and genuine in desire to resolve issues
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending/kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner
  • Ensure that the restaurant and theater facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized
  • Assist in the training of new team members, as well as the continuous training of existing staff
  • Work scheduled opening, mid, and closing shifts and attend additional required events such as manager meetings, staff meetings, and training seminars
  • Manage daily operations including cleanliness, repairs and maintenance, organization, staffing, side work, checklist, and manager on duty execution plan
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues timely
  • Assist in monitoring staff's compliance with safety, health code, and sanitation requirements
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided
  • Ensure timely reporting of team member or guest injuries or concerns to manager on duty or senior general manager
  • Provide exceptional guest service, promote hospitality and lead staff to do the same
