Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary arts certification preferred
- minimum two years related experience in kitchen supervision or culinary roles
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs frequently
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- flexibility to work various shifts as required
Job Qualifications
- Culinary arts or culinary certificate preferred
- at least two years of experience in large, complex food operations
- strong background in food and beverage programs
- experience in hospitality and brand management
- leadership skills in communication and team motivation
- ability to foster a positive team environment
- good written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and back-of-house tasks
- supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen team members
- manage opening and closing duties including equipment operability checks
- conduct food safety walkthroughs to maintain hygiene standards
- assist with inventory control and food preparation
- ensure quality standards in food presentation and preparation
- motivate kitchen staff to consistently deliver menu items
- monitor cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of kitchen area
- train staff on safety protocols to prevent injuries
- report equipment repairs and team member issues to management
- perform other assigned duties as requested
