Job Requirements
- Regular and consistent attendance
- ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly during sales rush
- ability to occasionally lift and clean food preparation and drink equipment
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to communicate and comprehend English effectively
- flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed
- pass employment eligibility verification and provide proof of legal work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D., or currently enrolled
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with all ages and personality types
- strong cash handling and math skills
- ability to complete Safe Alcohol Service training and Food Handler's certification
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a welcoming manner
- provide excellent customer service
- perform each duty as assigned in areas of concession, box office, and usher
- handle payment transactions and make change
- watch for safety or security issues such as trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons
- clean theaters at the end of each showing, sweep aisles, wipe tables, pick up trash
- restock and tidy facilities
