Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- availability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and evenings
- ability to communicate clearly and politely
- capability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to obtain food handler's permit if required
- adherence to uniform and hygiene standards
- pass any required background checks or screenings

- Must be at least 16 years of age
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to follow instructions and company policies
- capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- knowledge of food safety standards is an asset
Job Duties
- Support management staff in daily theater operations
- work in box office, concession stand, projection booth, or doorman stand
- follow management directions related to policies and procedures
- greet customers pleasantly with a smile
- thank customers for their patronage
- answer telephones politely and promptly
- assist customers to the fullest extent
- refer complaints to management
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- notify management of tardiness or absences
- record check-in and check-out times
- stay busy during shifts
- avoid personal conversations or phone use on duty
- prevent loitering in or around the theater
- maintain cleanliness and professional appearance
- adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- monitor and control inventory
- rotate concession items to prevent spoilage
- restock materials and supplies, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- sell tickets and concession items using positive selling techniques
- use point of sale systems for transactions
- control cash drawer accurately
- manage customer ticketing and seating
- maintain clean workstations
- prepare and handle food according to regulations
- obtain food handler's permit if required
- clean and sanitize theater areas
- wash counters, utensils, and equipment
- sweep and mop floors
- empty trash
- care for facility and equipment
- update theater marquees and signage
- know current and upcoming movie storylines
- present positive image to customers
