Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- One year of experience in working with children
- Minimum of one to three years' experience in working or performing in theatre production
- Must have basic knowledge in the theater field
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Must be self-motivated and responsible
- Ability to follow directions and communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to deal with residents, staff and job responsibilities under stressful conditions
- Must be able to respond to and handle children's behaviors in a positive appropriate manner
- Enjoys working outside in warm/hot weather

Job Duties
- Responsible for the direct leadership of all daily activities and events
- Assists in organizing and structuring large and small group activities
- Creating and teaching theater lessons to participants
- Sets up and participates in day camp activities
- Teach participants basic theatre skill sets
- Prepare participants for auditions
- Cleans up after activities and at the end of the day
