Job Duties
- greet and assist customers with ticket purchases and inquiries
- operate point-of-sale systems efficiently
- manage concession stands, preparing and serving snacks and beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the theater lobby and seating areas
- enforce cinema policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- assist with crowd control during peak hours and special events
- provide information about movie showtimes and promotions
