Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 plus years like volume bartending experience
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Servsafe and Tips certified
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Have a great personality and desire to serve guests
- Possess basic math skills
- Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Able to work standing for long periods
- Able to safely lift up to 25 pounds
- Able to work on holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Make all guests feel comfortable and let them know you are there to personally take care of them
- Know regular guests by name
- Know the brands of beer, wine and liquor offered including ingredients, garnishes, proper glassware, and prices
- Inform guests of specialty drinks and make genuine recommendations
- Receive and understand beverage orders and enter them in the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cash bank and follow established cash handling procedures
- Continuously watch for signs of intoxication and comply with all alcoholic beverage laws and policies
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform and document physical inventory counts when directed
- Prepare final bills, process payments, and accept credit card charges or make change
- Participate in proactive communication to solve operational, HR, and financial issues
- Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient bar operation as directed
