Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale or fine dining preferred)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and basic accounting
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure service and quality standards
- Support the General Manager in achieving budget goals, building sales, and controlling costs
- Lead, train, and develop staff through hands-on coaching and clear communication
- Act as ma?tre d’ to deliver warm, attentive guest service that exceeds expectations
- Monitor payroll, labor costs, and inventory to ensure financial targets are met
- Uphold The Willcox's standards for hospitality, quality, and team culture
