Job Requirements

- Experience in upscale or fine dining preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of cost control and budgeting

Job Duties
- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure service and quality standards
- Support the General Manager in achieving budget goals, building sales, and controlling costs
- Lead, train, and develop staff through hands-on coaching and clear communication
- Act as maitre d' to deliver warm, attentive guest service that exceeds expectations
- Monitor payroll, labor costs, and inventory to ensure financial targets are met
- Uphold The Willcox's standards for hospitality, quality, and team culture
