Job Duties
- Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure service and quality standards
- support the General Manager in achieving budget goals, building sales, and controlling costs
- lead, train, and develop staff through hands-on coaching and clear communication
- act as maitre d' to deliver warm, attentive guest service that exceeds expectations
- monitor payroll, labor costs, and inventory to ensure financial targets are met
- uphold The Willcox's standards for hospitality, quality, and team culture
