Job Requirements
- Experience driver with valid license and clean driving record
- Previous valet service, hotel or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills including ability to read and respond in English
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, service-oriented, and with a passion for hospitality and Alaska's vibrant culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and familiarity with web-based tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests while ensuring all guest data for the car is accurate in the system
- Assist guests in luggage service
- Share in-depth knowledge of the hotel, its amenities, room layouts, and the surrounding Anchorage area, including notable events and activities
- Process guest payments for park tickets
- Handle guest requests for car services, aiming to resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain the hotel entrance and valet point area and the parking area as a hub of guest interaction, keeping it organized and supplied
- Work with other departments to coordinate guest needs and special accommodations
