Job Requirements
- Must be available Thursday to Sunday from 4 PM to 11 PM
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays of drinks
- Ability to remain calm and professional during peak hours
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to work with a cash register and handle money
- Ability to prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Knowledge of local and state liquor laws
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their beverage orders
- Ask customers if they would like to view a menu
- Serve drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Check identification of customers when necessary
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Prepare garnishes for drinks
- Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, ice, paper products, and other supplies
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Ensure cleanliness of bar area and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines for handling food and beverage items
- Maintain accurate inventory of bar supplies
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Keep up-to-date on product availability and specials
