  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
  • Effectively convey information and ideas, and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
  • Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed
