Job Requirements
- Prior serving experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- A team-first mindset and passion for hospitality

Job Duties
- Lead by example by providing professional, attentive, and engaging service to all guests
- Act as a mentor and role model for servers and server assistants, supporting training and development
- Assist management with daily floor operations, including table assignments, pacing, and guest flow
- Monitor service quality and provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure consistency and excellence
- Communicate clearly with the culinary team, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and ensuring service areas are clean and organized
- Support management with additional duties as needed
