Job Requirements

  • Prior serving experience required
  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • A team-first mindset and passion for hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead by example by providing professional, attentive, and engaging service to all guests
  • Act as a mentor and role model for servers and server assistants, supporting training and development
  • Assist management with daily floor operations, including table assignments, pacing, and guest flow
  • Monitor service quality and provide on-the-spot coaching to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Communicate clearly with the culinary team, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and ensuring service areas are clean and organized
  • Support management with additional duties as needed
