Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures in a restaurant setting
- Ability to stand and move around the dining room for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including trays, dishes, and supplies
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to clean and organize the dining area
Job Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and organization

Job Duties
- Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area promptly and accurately
- Double-check orders before delivery to ensure accuracy, including special requests or dietary preferences
- Assist servers by delivering food and replenishing drinks, side items, and condiments
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and address order discrepancies
- Clear empty plates and utensils from tables and assist with resetting tables for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including quickly removing unused glassware or silverware
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and delivery to ensure sanitation standards are met
