Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and production standards accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic food safety knowledge
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Familiarity with recipe cards and production standards
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Team-oriented approach and effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards per check from servers
- Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set up
- Note any out of stock items or possible shortages
- Assist in keeping buffet stocked
- Assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems, control food waste, loss, and usage per Crescent standards
