Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in upscale dining
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- 2 or more years upscale dining experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of seafood and sustainable sourcing is a plus
- ability to adapt to different guest needs and preferences

- attention to detail in service delivery
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly
- guide guests through the menu and suggest appropriate seafood and beach-food classics
- provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience
- manage guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism
- maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation methods to answer customer questions
- ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
