Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in upscale dining
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong customer service orientation
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years upscale dining experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of seafood and sustainable sourcing is a plus
  • ability to adapt to different guest needs and preferences
  • team-oriented attitude
  • attention to detail in service delivery

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly
  • guide guests through the menu and suggest appropriate seafood and beach-food classics
  • provide attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience
  • manage guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism
  • maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation methods to answer customer questions
  • ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
