Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in upscale dining
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years upscale dining experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of seafood and wood-fired cooking preferred
- Team-oriented and flexible
- Ability to remain professional under pressure
Job Duties
- Guide guests through the menu and dining experience
- Serve guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction proactively
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items including ingredients and preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness and presentation
