Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years progressive restaurant experience
  • at least one year in supervisory or management position
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership qualities
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • proficiency in restaurant management software preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations

  • hire, train, and supervise all staff
  • address potential issues quickly and proactively
  • maintain daily communication log between staff and management
  • monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure productivity and profit
