Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum three years of restaurant experience
  • At least one year of supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist in directing the restaurant team on shift basis
  • Monitor and manage complete restaurant operations
  • Participate actively in menu changes
  • Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff
  • Address and resolve potential issues promptly and proactively
  • Maintain daily communication logs between staff and management
  • Aggressively monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and profit
