- Minimum three years of restaurant experience
- At least one year in supervisory or management position
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- Proficiency in labor and scheduling management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Assist in directing the restaurant team and monitoring complete restaurant operations
- Lead shifts with a positive, approachable manner
- Participate actively in menu change processes
- Hire, train, and supervise all restaurant staff
- Address potential issues quickly, appropriately and proactively
- Maintain daily communication logs between staff and management
- Monitor labor costs, scheduling and overtime to ensure maximum productivity and profit
