Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant experience
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

- At least one year in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience with labor and scheduling management
- Knowledge of menu development
- Commitment to ethical and collaborative work culture
Job Duties
- Direct and monitor restaurant operations on shift basis
- Lead hiring, training, and supervision of staff
- Participate in menu change processes
- Maintain daily log for communication between staff and management
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to maximize productivity and profits
- Address issues proactively and appropriately
- Foster a positive and approachable team environment
