Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of relevant restaurant experience
- At least one year of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Three years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
- At least one year in a supervisory or management position
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in labor and scheduling management
- Knowledge of menu development and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Assist in directing the team and monitoring the complete restaurant operation
- lead in an open, positive and approachable manner on a shift basis
- actively participate in the menu change process
- hire, train and supervise all staff
- address potential issues quickly, appropriately and proactively
- maintain the daily log for communication between restaurant staff and management
- monitor labor, scheduling and overtime to ensure maximum productivity and profit
