Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of restaurant experience
  • at least one year in a supervisory or management capacity
  • excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • strong communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist in directing the team during shifts
  • monitor complete restaurant operations
  • lead in a positive and approachable manner
  • participate actively in menu change processes
  • hire train and supervise all restaurant staff
  • address and resolve potential issues proactively
  • maintain daily communication logs between staff and management
  • monitor labor scheduling and control overtime to maximize productivity and profitability
