Job Requirements

- minimum three years of restaurant experience
- supervisory or management experience
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- assist in directing the service team
- monitor complete restaurant operation
- lead with a positive and approachable manner on shifts
- participate in menu change process
- hire, train and supervise all staff
- address issues quickly and proactively
- maintain daily communication log
- monitor labor, scheduling and overtime for productivity and profit
