Job Requirements

  • 3 years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
  • at least 1 year in supervisory or management position
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • assist in directing the team and monitoring restaurant operations on a shift basis
  • lead with an open, positive, and approachable manner
  • participate actively in the menu change process
  • hire, train and supervise all staff
  • address potential issues quickly, appropriately and proactively
  • maintain the daily log for staff and management communication
  • monitor labor, scheduling and overtime to ensure maximum productivity and profit
