Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic proficiency with computers and reservation systems
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in fine dining
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant service protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with reservation management software is a plus
  • Positive and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar systems
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
  • Uphold the restaurant's high standards of customer service and hospitality
