- Excellent communication skills

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with reservation systems preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and manage the reservation system efficiently
- Maintain wait lists and seating to maximize dining room flow
- Take cues from guests to assess satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations
- Provide basic information about the menu and restaurant policies to guests
- Ensure the reception area is organized and inviting
- Assist with phone inquiries and booking adjustments
