Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hosting role preferred
- Ability to use reservation management software such as OpenTable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or host/hostess role preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain positive and energetic in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a commitment to supporting coworkers and maintaining a respectful work environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage guest seating and reservation flow using OpenTable
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth dining operations
- Take cues from guests’ behavior to tailor exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate guest services
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any seating-related issues promptly
