Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation software
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • welcome guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
  • operate OpenTable and handle reservations efficiently
  • coordinate communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere among team members
  • assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • support unity and collaboration within the restaurant team
  • monitor guest behavior to anticipate and meet their needs
