Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to use reservation software such as OpenTable
- Excellent communication skills
- Energetic and positive demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor throughout shifts
- Utilize OpenTable to manage reservations and guest flow
- Respond to guest needs and cues to enhance their dining experience
- Support teamwork and unity among staff
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
- Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming
