Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a host or in customer service preferred
  • Proficiency with OpenTable or similar software preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and manage reservations using OpenTable
  • Escort guests to their tables promptly and assist with seating arrangements
  • Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive guest experience
  • Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
  • Support the front-of-house staff during busy periods
  • Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality and service
