Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a host or in customer service preferred
- Proficiency with OpenTable or similar software preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations using OpenTable
- Escort guests to their tables promptly and assist with seating arrangements
- Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a cohesive guest experience
- Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests
- Support the front-of-house staff during busy periods
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality and service
