- Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques for hot and cold dishes
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Culinary training degree preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices
Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold food items following standardized recipes and quality standards
- Manage and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen station
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Expedite food orders during busy periods to maintain flow and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory and report shortages or needs to kitchen management
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in training new kitchen staff and support team members as needed
