Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year experience cooking in a professional kitchen
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong organizational skills
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • culinary training degree preferred but not required
  • previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • prepare hot and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • manage assigned station efficiently during service
  • communicate effectively with back of house team to expedite orders
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • assist in inventory management and storage
  • contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture
