Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of bartending experience
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, particularly rum and gin-based drinks
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- team player with a positive attitude
- familiarity with health and safety standards in food and beverage service
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails according to the menu and seasonal offerings
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- engage guests with cocktail knowledge and stories to enhance their experience
- collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest service
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- handle cash and point of sale transactions accurately
