Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions
- Ability to communicate hazards or safety concerns effectively
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the models, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary
