Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
- proficiency with computers and point of sale systems
- willingness to learn product and community knowledge
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- serve as a one stop resource for customers by providing relevant product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- demonstrate a willingness to learn and share relevant activity, community, and product knowledge to create a memorable and valuable experience for customers
- achieve sales and productivity goals by utilizing all available resources to meet customers' needs
- assist in the execution and maintenance of visual directives and standards including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- assume cashier duties as needed
- assist in the execution of loss prevention initiatives
- assist in overall visual and operational maintenance of the store
