Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and stand for extended periods with or without accommodations
- Experience in retail or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties
- Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
- Serve as a one stop resource for customers by offering product, community, and activity-based knowledge and recommendations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Achieve sales and productivity goals using all available resources
- Assist in merchandising including merchandise presentation, housekeeping, and product replenishment
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Support loss prevention initiatives and overall store visual and operational maintenance
