Job Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to bend, squat, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
Must be able to provide excellent customer service
Basic proficiency with computers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties

Provide a high level of personalized customer engagement
Serve as a resource for customers by providing product, community, and activity-based knowledge
Demonstrate willingness to learn and share relevant product and community information
Achieve sales and productivity goals using available resources
Assist with visual merchandising, merchandise presentation, and housekeeping
Perform cashier duties as needed
Support loss prevention initiatives
Maintain overall visual and operational store standards
